We brought in a carpet we bought off marketplace that had an intense odor. We tried everything on our part to get it out but no success. Our last resort was to take it here since their prices are so good. Upon picking it up, we noticed the smell was less but not acceptable. Mario offered to take another go at it (no charge). He had it ready for us in two days and couldn’t believe he got it out! We were so happy that we didn’t have to throw it out and couldn’t recommend this company enough.
