Post vortex freeze where a burst pipe, caused extensive damage. After months of remediation and repairs and the post construction, final carpet cleaning, it hit up several companies here, booked with K&M because they were the most prompt, seemed very knowledgeable and didn’t turn it into a big production. Day of service, got a call to approve the scheduled time (so professional) then Mike, Ken and a helper arrived in a nice, BIG van. Reviewed the job, said it’ll be less than quoted (how often does THAT happen)? I didn’t realize they’d move things aside and I’d already moved most but they finalized it. Then Mike began the job. I asked about a few chairs and they obliged at a very reasonable rate. The carpeted floors are beautiful and finally our medical office can go back to business!
