Met the owner of K&M, Ken, for an estimate at my newly purchased home to have several services done before move in: clean/seal all tile & grout, clean seal all granite countertops, clean hard wood floor in dining, clean/seal natural stone around fireplace, oven, and outdoor kitchen, and clean front/back painted patios. I can tell you Ken is one of the nicest, honest, transparent people I’ve ever met. He and his crew do excellent workmanship and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone. Ken kept me updated throughout the day with pics and videos upon completion which was very thoughtful.
