Met the owner of K&M, Ken, for an estimate at my newly purchased home to have several services done before move in: clean/seal all tile & grout, clean seal all granite countertops, clean hard wood floor in dining, clean/seal natural stone around fireplace, oven, and outdoor kitchen, and clean front/back painted patios. I can tell you Ken is one of the nicest, honest, transparent people I’ve ever met. He and his crew do excellent workmanship and I’d definitely recommend them to anyone.
