Ken and his crew are nothing short of miracle workers. My aging cat got sick on my gorgeous wool (light beige) carpet while I was out of town and I thought I would have to live with it. We had the tile/grout cleaned at a rental property. They provided the service we wanted and went above and beyond. My husband grabbed the wrong key and the technician waited for him to return with the correct key. (20 minutes at most). We’ve used K&M for various cleaning and will continue to do so. some pretty nasty stains.
