Every December, we take a moment to pause, step away from the busy holiday schedule, and spend real time together as a team. This year’s K&M Steam Cleaning Christmas celebration felt especially meaningful. It was a perfect reminder of why our company has grown the way it has—because of the people who show up every day with pride, skill, and heart.
A Texas Tradition: Lunch at Luby’s
We kicked things off at Luby’s—the same Luby’s the Moncebaiz family has been going to since the very beginning of K&M. It’s a Texas icon, and for us it’s woven into the company’s history. Long before we had dozens of cleaning professionals and trucks across Greater Austin, the founders were grabbing plates at Luby’s after long days in the field.
Sharing a holiday meal there keeps that tradition alive. The food was great, but the conversations and laughter were even better.
A Beautiful Afternoon at Tiger Woods’ PopStroke
After lunch, we headed over to Tiger Woods’ PopStroke for some friendly competition. The weather could not have been better—blue skies, warm sun, and the kind of December day that makes you remember why we love Central Texas.
Watching everyone relax, laugh, and cheer each other on made it one of those “this is what it’s all about” afternoons. A team that works hard together also deserves to play together, and our group made the most of it.
Grateful for a Great Team
As we wrap up the year, days like this remind us just how fortunate we are to have such a strong team—people who care about their work, care about their customers, and care about each other.
