K&M did a fantastic job on our carpet, area rugs, and natural stone floors. Although cleaning carpet and area rugs would seem to be pretty straight-forward, none of the old stains “re-surfaced” — as they had subsequent to prior cleaning. The stone work (i.e., cleaning and sealing) ended up being a larger project than K&M had anticipated, but Alexis and Ray stayed until the job was done (and done well), and at no additional cost. I was referred to K&M by one of the larger flooring stoors in the Austin area; I’ve since referred a number of homeowners to K&M, and I’ll continue to do so. – John B. in Leander

K&M steam cleaned two carpeted rooms this past weekend. Took a little over 30 mins from start to finish. Both workers wore masks and maintained distance. Last week, my husband tripped over the coffee table and spilt a grande mocha ALL over my living room carpet. If you have ever tried to clean coffee out of carpet, you know what a disaster this is.
